PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cycle signal detector capable of detecting cycle signals with a small processing amount in a short time. SOLUTION: This detector is provided with an inter-zero-cross sample number counting means 42 for counting a sample number between adjacent zero-crosses in input signals and continuously outputting the obtained sample number until the next zero-cross every time the sample number between the adjacent zero- crosses is obtained and cycle signal section detection means 43, 44 and 45 for detecting a section where the output result of the inter-zero-cross sample number counting means is fixed as a cycle signal section.
