PURPOSE:To make the letters, patterns, etc., indicated on the surface of metal fast in the indicating content and difficult to separate therefrom by a method wherein the fluororesin film having the printed layer formed by an ink resin composition is heat bonded to the metal surface and the ink resin composition consists mainly of polyimide resin. CONSTITUTION:As the fluororesin to form a fluororesin film 3, ethylene-ethylene tetrafluoride copolymer, ethylene trifluoride copolymer, etc., are used, preferably with perfluoroalkylvinyl monomer contained therein in an amount of 0.1-10mol% and with a melt flow index of 10-500mm<3>/second and the density strength of the fluororesin film 3 relative to a metal plate 1 becomes so large that it is not separated therefrom. To obtain a printing layer 2 on a resin covered metal by screen printing, an ink resin composition is printed on the fluororesin film 3 using screen. In this way the letters, patterns, etc., indicated on the metal surface are fast in the indicating content and difficult to separate therefrom. |
