PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating ultrasonic vibration water washing off dust, a smell or bacteria together with water and normally operating various organs of a body by negative ions generated at this time and effective to sedate an autonomic nerve, and an ultrasonic vibration water supply apparatus. SOLUTION: In an ultrasonic vibration water generating method, at first, electric vibration is generated by an oscillation circuit 114 and electric vibration of ultrahigh-frequency is applied to an ultrasonic vibrator 115 to generate ultrasonic vibration. Thereafter, the ultrasonic vibration of the ultrasonic vibrator 115 is expanded in amplitude while transmitted to the leading end part of a vibration expanding horn 119. Water controlled in supply quantity is allowed to fall on the leading end part of the vibration expanding horn 119. The water falling to the vibration expanding horn 119 is directly given energy from the vibration expanding horn 119 to vibrate. Water particles collide with each other by energy to become finely divided ultrasonic vibration water and this vibration water is discharged from the leading end part of the vibration expanding horn 119.
