PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a pattern have depth and to eliminate troubles such as the exposure of a pattern-less matrix color even when damage reaching an inner layer part is inflicted by forming a stripe-shaped color pattern penetrating a coating material layer from its surface layer part to its bottom part in which colored aggregates are mixed with a density gradient to be distributed to change a color boundary gradually. SOLUTION: A receiving mold 3 for molding a mounting material is set on a plate- shaped vibrating base 2 installed on a vibrator 1. Colored coating materials of a plurality of colors incorporated each of colored aggregates of a plurality of colors, i.e., a hypochromic colored coating material 4 for a matrix color part and several kinds of deep colored coating materials 5a, 5b,... for forming a striped pattern line part, are cast into the mold 3 by a coating material supply means to form a striped pattern and vibrated by a vibrator, and a coating material layer is solidified by a heating means to produce a stripe-shaped color pattern mounting material. The mounting material is dried and cured, optional polishing treatment is applied to its stripe- shaped pattern surface, and then a clear layer is formed. The stripe-shaped color pattern is formed from the surface layer part to the bottom part of the mounting material 6.
