PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of steam at a cooking process, and further prevent the occurrence of an increase in uneven cooking state due to the difficulty of pot handling or irregular heat applied to the pot, while a body is made miniaturized. SOLUTION: A contact area with a cover packing 53 is kept at a large value via the upper surface slope 71 of a flange part 9 which the cover packing 53 comes in contact. In this case, even when the breadth L4 of the flange part 9 is reduced for miniaturizing a body, the peripheral side thickness of the flange part 9 remains large, because the lower reverse side of the flange part 9 is approximately horizontal. Thus, troublesome holding of a pot 5 can be lessened. Furthermore, fingers can put on the lower reverse side of the approximately horizontal flange part 9 more easily, and the pot 5 when housed becomes stable. Also, uneven cooking due to heat irregularly applied to the pot 5 can be improved, in combination with the fact that material thickness of the pot 5 other than the peripheral side surface of the flange part 9 is not needed.
