PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently fit the tips of brush bristles to the tooth surface by integrally molding an elastic body at the root part of the brush bristles or brush bristle bundles, holding the elastic body at a brush base and providing a guide part for moving the brush bristles or the brush bristle bundles in a long axial direction in the brush base. SOLUTION: Each brush bristle 1a and the elastic body 2 are molded by two colors so as to integrate the root part of each brush bristle 1a with the elastic body 2, the elastic body 2 is held in the brush base 3 and also the guide part 4 is arranged in the brush base 3, which moves each brush bristle 1a in the long axial direction. Thus, each brush bristle 1a which is integrally molded with the elastic body 2 is moved in its long axial direction, is excellently fit to the tooth surface and reaches a fine part in a dentition so that dental plaque is efficiently removed. Then, teeth are excellently brushed.
