<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal-striped solid oxide type fuel cell bundle allowing a horizontal-striped solid oxide type fuel cell stack itself to be directly jointed without using a connection member between cell stacks and having various advantages allowing an air passage to be secured by the thickness of the cell stack and the like. <P>SOLUTION: This horizontal-striped solid oxide type fuel cell bundle is composed by stacking the plurality of solid oxide type fuel cell stacks each having, in its inside, a fuel passage for running a fuel from one end to the other end and composed by arranging a plurality of solid oxide type fuel cells in a horizontal-striped shape on its outside surface. The horizontal-striped solid oxide type fuel cell bundle is so characteristically structured that an opening for fuel introduction is formed at one end of each fuel passage; and the respective solid oxide type fuel cell stacks are stacked by centering the fuel introduction opening side, and by alternately orienting the other ends in directions opposite to those of the adjacent ones. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
