The invention relates to the production of construction materials, in particular, to the production of concrete blocks. The technical result – increase of strength of multi-layer blocks. The method comprises pouring concrete into a form from a hopper, compaction it by vibrating, transfer the form along conveyor line, drying in blocks in forms, cooling the molds and taking out blocks from forms. The form is made with paired cells, with embedded bottoms, on which is first placed a matrix of the face layer and simultaneously fill two paired cells, thus forming the first concrete layer, moving the form by a distance equal to the cell's width, controlling the position of the next pair of cells relative to the hopper, filling all paired cells, compacting the first concrete layer by vibrating it in the form. Then the form is moved out from the first hopper, a thermal insulation layer is placed on the first compacted concrete layer, piercing two formed layers by connecting rods at different angles in vertical plane and leaving free ends, moving the form to the second hopper filling it to each paired cell and pouring the cells, moving the form by a distance equal to the cell's width, compacting the second concrete layer by vibrating it in the form. |
