PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the work of a supporting operator who receives an operation support and to smoothly perform an operation support request requested by a support request operator. SOLUTION: In a switchboard 2-1, in the case that a switchboard operation is disturbed for a request from a customer, a support request key 3 is pressed by an operator (a). A support request analysis function 1a recognizes that the support request key 3 is pressed and makes an intervening person selection function 1b retrieve a free switchboard 2-2 not performing the switchboard operation. A board monitoring function 1c reports to the switchboard 2-2 that the operation support request is received. Thus, the switchboard 2-2 of the operator (b) automatically prepares for screen monitoring in the switchboard 2-1. The switchboard 2-1 which requests the support sends out screen information to the switchboard 2-2 and thus, the completely same information is displayed on both screens.
