PURPOSE: A method for selling a channel using a communication application between multiple users of a web and a desk top is provided for implementing an efficient community between a site operator and a user. CONSTITUTION: The system includes a user PC(100), a transmission server(200) for transmitting a voice and sound inputted from the user PC(100) to another user PC for forming a community of other user PC(100), a channel control server(300) for managing a channel for classifying the community, a web server(400) for implementing a function of the present invention using a home page, a login server(500) for determining a verification of the user, and a database server(600) for storing a user's right, an information with respect to the channel and a message between the users.
