PURPOSE: A system for transmitting a newborn baby image provides the baby's mother and family members staying in a different place with the baby's image in real time. CONSTITUTION: The system for transmitting a newborn baby image comprises a camera(20) photographing each baby in a baby room(10), an image transmitting server(30) for processing the image signal from the camera(20), several monitors(50), and a signal distributing unit(40) for distributing the image signal provided from the image transmitting server(30) to each monitor according to a preset table. The system further comprises a signal arranging terminal(70) for generating the table by input information of an arranger or performing a controlling operation of the signal distributing unit, and an image controlling unit(60) for editing and controlling an image of the image transmitting server. In the system, the signal distributing unit has a character generator for outputting information of the baby and the woman along with the baby image.
