PURPOSE: An electronic commerce method for recyclable wastes is provided to increase the waste recycling rate by enabling the waste discharger to fulfill one's recycling duties and the waste collectors to increase the recyclable waste collection rate through the wired/wireless network connection of recyclable waste collectors and dischargers, and electronic commerce between them. CONSTITUTION: A waste DB is created by inputting and storing recyclable waste information(S100). A brokerage server informs the waste discharger with information regarding the product category and collection amount and provides private purchase opportunity by exchanging purchase and sales conditions between the dischargers and the collectors(S200). If a transaction is not agreed upon from the private opportunity, the sales information is displayed on the internet website and an auction is conducted to provide a purchase opportunity to everyone(S300).
