PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a transmission of a working vehicle of such a structure that a clutch mechanism for accelerating the front wheels and a two-four wheel drive changeover device are installed in the front wheel power transmitting path. SOLUTION: At a certain spacing in the axial direction, standard drive gears 14 and 16 and accelerative drive gears 15 and 17 are installed on the ninth transmission shaft S9 in the upstream and the tenth transmission shaft S10 in the downstream, respectively, constituting the front wheel power transmitting path, and a clutch mechanism 11 for accelerating the front wheels to transmit the power of the ninth transmission shaft S9 selectively to the standard drive gear 16 or accelerative drive gear 17 is installed between the standard drive gear 16 and accelerative drive gear 17 installed on the ninth transmission shaft S9, and a two-four wheel drive changeover clutch 12 to transmit the power of the standard drive gear 14 to the tenth transmission shaft S10 selectively is provided between the standard drive gear 14 and the accelerative drive gear 15 installed on the tenth transmission shaft S10.
