PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underframe structure of a cab capable of restraining deformation of a cab at the time of front collision to secure an occupant space. SOLUTION: A pair of left and right main sills 4 are arranged in a lower side of a floor panel 2 bent stepwise, bent parts 4a are formed along the floor panel 2 in the respective main sills 4, a cross sill 5 is arranged to cross the bent parts 4a and extended along a vehicular width direction, both the ends are coupled to side-part structures 6 of a cab 1, and a force acting on the main sills 4 at the time of front collision of a vehicle is dispersed to the structure 6 via the cross sill 5.
