PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate adopting of fine adjusting of image right and left positions of a printed product by providing a control means for stopping rotation of a plate cylinder by a plate cylinder rotatably driving means only for a predetermined time when adjusting is started at the positions on a control board during printing executing or separating the cylinder from a back pushing roller. SOLUTION: When a plate cylinder is disposed out of a range of a print image right and left position adjusting margin at a printing position, an outer periphery of a back pushing roller 130 rotating around a central axis 128 faces in proximity to the outer periphery formed of a porous sheet 20 of the cylinder. To print, an inking roller 108 is deviated toward a radially outward direction of the cylinder by a radially driving mechanism to push out a part of periphery made of the sheet 20 toward the outer periphery of the roller 130, and a print image is printed with an ink extruded by the roller 108 to a printing sheet introduced to a sandwiching area 132 between the cylinder clamped at its front edge to the outer periphery of the roller 130 and the roller 130.
