PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive for an inorganic vapor-deposited film, capable of directly coating on the inorganic vapor-deposited film, obtaining a good adhering property in the case of laminating with a heat-sealing resin, etc., and further tearing well on tearing a packing bag prepared by using them. SOLUTION: This adhesive for an inorganic vapor-deposited film consists of a blended material of 100 pts.wt. polyurethane resin containing 30-300 equivalent/ton branching point concentration with 0.05-5 pt.wt. amine-based silane coupling agent, as a main component.
