PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fried food being hardly overheated inhibited in excess reduction of ingredients and prevented from a puncture phenomenon during frying as the fried food floats up at an arbitrary time during drying. SOLUTION: A fried food having inner ingredients containing foaming ingredients is disclosed. The method for producing the same includes to make the inner ingredients contain foaming ingredients.
