PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dried (Anpo) persimmon production, with which a sulfur fumigation treatment and a hot water treatment are eliminated. SOLUTION: This method for Anpo persimmon production comprises drying peeled astringent persimmons and preparing Anpo persimmons. Before the peeled persimmons are dried, the peeled persimmons are irradiated with microwaves. |
