PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eel cooking tool capable of efficiently spitchcocking in which a spitchcocked eel has a taste and flavor nearly the same as those served by a long-established eel restaurant, and even a nonprofessional person like a part-timer who is not well-trained, can beautifully spitchcock the eel and rapidly serving a dish. SOLUTION: The eel cooking tool 10 comprises a pair of frame parts 11a, 11b connected with each other by a hinge, grill parts 12a, 12b provided and expanded to a grilled shape for preliminarily placing prepared eels inside each of the frame parts 11a, 11b before finally spitchcocking and handle parts 13a, 13b extendedly provided on the pair of the frame parts 11a, 11b. |
