PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a raw royal jelly while keeping the active ingredients. SOLUTION: The method for producing a fresh raw royal jelly while keeping the protein of 57 kD which is an active ingredient of the jelly is provided. The method comprises collection of royal jelly in spring or autumn, a preservation treatment within 48 hr after collection and a quick cooling for preservation. The preservation treatment is composed of a filtering step, a homogenizing step, a dividing step, a quick cooling step at <=-20 deg.C and a quality controlling step. |
