PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Agaricus-containing fermented soybeans having excellent palatability, suppressing the generation of tyrosine and having health keeping function. SOLUTION: The Agaricus-containing fermented soybeans comprises 100 pts.wt. of fermented soybeans, and 0.1-50 pts.wt. of a material prepared by placing 10 g of dried Agaricus Blazeil Murill in 100 ml to 10 l of water and boiling the mixture followed by boiling with weak fire for 5-60 min or a material prepared from the same amount of Agaricus Blazeil Murill through pulverization or extraction. |
