摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely prevent clogging of a component carrier passage in a micro component feeder. SOLUTION: Two rollers 9a and 9b rotating outward in the opposite direction are disposed in parallel in the horizontal direction in the downward inclined state from the lower part of an exit of a component storage part 2 toward the upward of an entrance of a shoot 3, or a component carrier passage. A clearance interval between the rollers is made narrower than the dimension of the micro components in the lower part of the exit of the component storage part 2 in the slope upper side and wider than the dimension of the micro components in the upper part of the entrance of the shoot 3 in the slope lower side. This constitution can remove microparticles mixing in the micro components by dropping them from the narrow clearance between the rollers in the slope upper side and drop the micro components alone from the wide roller clearance in the slope lower side into the entrance of the shoot 3.
