PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a UV printing system with a pad, which contributes to environmental conservation, in which fine, highly hard and highly precise printing can be executed on a matter to be printed made of an arbitrary material, wiping-off and re-printing can be possible, space saving is contrived, acid-resistant and alkali-resistant printing can be possible, even disinfecting action can be difficult to attack and printing to the matter to be printed locating at a distant place can be easily realized. SOLUTION: A form plate on a table 5 is filled with UV ink through the horizontal movements of an ink feeding squeegee and a doctor blade mechanism part so as to transfer the UV ink of the form plate by pushing the pad 12 of a pad mechanism part 2 against the form plate to the pad 12 in order to execute re-transferring by pushing the pad 12 against the matter to be printed. Since the pad mechanism part 2 has a dismantling structure, the re-transferring to an arbitrary material located at a distance can be possible. Further, the transferred UV ink is perfectly and highly strongly dried with an infrared device so adjusted as to accord with irradiation ordinances corresponding to material qualities.
