The connecting element (1) between a mounting element (4) and plate (3) is constructed in tubular, cup or rivet form. At least one point, line or flat form load initiating element (2) is installed on the connecting element at a statically favorable or constructionally desirable place. The tubular, cup or rivet form cross sectional shape of the connecting element is freely selectable in two directions, that is to say in the plane of the plate and perpendicularly to it with regard to the opening for the mounting element.
