PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aperture antenna and an antenna direction adjustment method capable of simply adjusting a direction of the antenna without the need for using a GPS receiver and a light emitting / light receiving unit. SOLUTION: A Cassegrain antenna 1 provided with a main reflecting mirror 10, a sub reflecting mirror 20, and a primary radiator 30, includes a support member 16 for supporting the sub reflecting mirror 20 along a center axis of the main reflecting mirror 10 in a displaceable way. In the case of adjusting the antenna direction, first the position of the sub reflecting mirror 20 is adjusted so as to deviate a focus of the sub reflecting mirror 20 from the focus of the main reflecting mirror 10 thereby widening a power half value width denoting the directivity characteristic of the antenna and roughly adjusting the direction of the antenna, and thereafter the position of the sub reflecting mirror 20 is changed to narrow the power half width in a direction wherein the focus of the sub reflecting mirror 20 is coincident with the focus of the main reflecting mirror 10 thereby fine-adjusting the direction of the antenna. As a result, even in the case of the aperture antenna whose power half width is 1 degree or below and having a sharp directivity characteristic, the direction of the antenna can very simply be adjusted.
