ELECTRET CONDENSER MICROPHONE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electret condenser microphone which can be reduced in size and thickness, and has a high shielding effect against an outside noise signal. SOLUTION: In the electret condenser microphone having a vibrating membrane unit and a back surface electrode substrate in which a back surface electrode is formed on an insulating substrate of a cross-sectional U-shape, a shielding electrode layer is formed in the U-shaped inside surface of the insulating substrate. Further, an integrated circuit for processing a signal from the back surface electrode is mounted on the bottom surface of the U-shaped inside surface of the insulating substrate.
