The method for treating Parkinson disease comprises the basic therapy supplemented by magnetic laser therapy applied to the carotid sinuses, the projection of the foramen occipital magnum, and cervical and thoracic ganglia. The following parameters of the magnetic laser therapy are employed: frequency modulation of 9.4 Hz, magnetic induction of 15-20 mT, output of 15-40 mW, the contact area of irradiation up to 0.5 cm2, the energy density of 2-5 J/cm2, the exposition of 10 minutes. The procedures are performed daily for 10 days.
