<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic inkjet ink composition that can fix an image of high image qualities on a recording medium at a low temperature at a high speed, and an inkjet recording method. <P>SOLUTION: The electrostatic inkjet ink composition comprises (A) a dispersing medium, (B) a charged particle containing at least a coloring material, and (C) a charge-controlling agent, and contains a titanium compound having a specific structure as the charge controlling agent (C).
