PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and easily connect a coaxial connector to a counter part connector attached to a counter part substrate by holding the general type coaxial connector to the substrate in a state of being able to move positions by simplifying a structure and downsizing by: being provided with a fixing part fixed to the substrate, a holding part holding the coaxial connector connected to the coaxial cable, and a connecting part elastically connecting the fixing part and the holding part; having the fixing part, the holding part and the connecting part integrally formed; and holding the coaxial connector to the substrate in a floating state. SOLUTION: The connector is provided with the fixing part fixed to the substrate, the holding part holding the coaxial connector connected to the coaxial cable and the connecting part elastically connecting the fixing part and the holding part. The fixing part, the holding part and the connecting part are formed integrally and retaining is carried out in a state with the coaxial connector floating against the substrate.
