PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plaster covered with a release film peelable unconsciously and easily without declining in its tackiness. SOLUTION: The plaster for external use comprises a substrate, an adhesive hydrous paste spread over almost the whole surface of one side of the substrate, and a release film stuck on the paste and larger in size than the paste surface. In this plaster, the release film is furnished with a nonstuck-to-paste portion projected from the paste surface or a slack portion nonstuck to the paste and projected upward at an arbitrary point of the paste surface.
