PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adapt a circuit to the frequency of short wavelength by simplifying the circuit for miniaturization. SOLUTION: The circuit is provided with: a branch part provided respectively on an input side and an output side; two paths formed between the branch parts; and respectively one switches provided in the middle of the respective paths and having two contacts for switching a line length. A difference between electrical lengths between 2 contacts of both of the switches is made to be 360/n°(n is a natural number), and electrical lengths from the branch part on the input side to the contact of the switch in an opened state when one of the switches comes into the opened state are made to be a half wave length of an operating frequency.
