PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intra-automobile communications apparatus capable of performing high-reliability broadcast communication with a plurality of communication objects, with different S/N characteristics using a signal line wired in a bus shape like battery wire as communication lines. SOLUTION: The intra-automobile communication apparatus comprises a transmitting-side communication apparatus 100, connected to a control-side electronic control device 200 within an automobile; a plurality of controlled-side electronic controllers 200a. 200b, 200c, 200d; receiving-side communication apparatuses 100a, 100b, 100c, 100d connected to the controlled-side electronic controllers 200a, 200b, 200c, 200d; and a communication line 301, connected to the electronic controllers and the communication apparatuses and wired into a bus shape, wherein the transmitting-side communication device 100 selects a lower bit allocation amount for each sub carrier from among applicable bit allocation amounts in according to the S/N estimation results, obtained by measurements in the plurality of communication devices and performs broadcast communication with the receiving-side communication apparatuses 100a, 100b, 100c, 100d.
