PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repeater capable of suppressing an increase in delay time and that in packet error rate. SOLUTION: When wireless devices 101-10p respectively execute two-way wireless communication in between wireless devices 111-11p via access points 120, 130, and 140; the access point 120 generates one relay packet by bundling a plurality of packets received from the wireless devices 101-10p, so as to transmit the generated relay packet to the access point 140 via the access point 130, and the access point 140 generates one relay packet by bundling a plurality of packets received from the wireless devices 111-11p so as to transmit the generated relay packet to the access point 120 via the access point 130.
