A method for transmitting/receiving feedback information in a multi-antenna system supporting multiple users and a feedback system supporting the same are provided to improve performance of a closed-loop multi-antenna system by effectively allocating resources according to minimum feedback information. Receiving devices(120-1-120-N) determine a feedback protocol scenario defined according to a communication environment desired to be used among multiple feedback protocol scenarios, obtain feedback information requested by the desired communication environment, and transmit the obtained feedback information according to the determined feedback protocol scenario. A transmission device(110) determines a feedback protocol scenario defined according to the communication environment desired to be used among the multiple feedback protocol scenarios, and receives feedback information according to the determined feedback protocol scenario.
