A cooling apparatus of a disk type motor and a generator with a teeth structure is provided to improve cooling speed and efficiency and reduce power consumption and noise by installing a cooling fan at a rotor to discharge inner heat. A cooling apparatus of a disk type motor and a generator with a teeth structure includes a stator, a rotor, a supporting plate, a coupling plate, a cooling fan, and a plurality of outlets(13,13a). The stator has a coil wound inside a body(1). The rotor is a disk shape and is attached with a permanent magnet, and is installed in an axis(5) inserted into an axial hole having a bearing. The supporting plate supports the rotor. The coupling plate fixes the supporting plate. The cooling fans are bolt-coupled at predetermined intervals at the outer circumference of the coupling plate. The plurality of outlets are formed in the body.
