PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hysteresis in moving image rotary display since, when an moving image with a camera rotation angle for each frame during photographing recorded therein is reproduced by a PC or the like and when there is a fine rotation of the camera due to a hand shake or the like, the moving image become difficult to view when the rotation is corrected in reproduction of the moving image. SOLUTION: The moving image display device is provided with an input means for inputting the moving image and information with the situation of the camera rotation of the entire moving images recorded therein, a display means for reproducing the moving image, and a moving image rotation means for rotating and displaying the moving image in accordance with the recorded rotation angle of the camera in the display means. The moving image rotation means provides the hysteresis in the rotation and the moving image is not rotated when the rotation angle is equal to or less than a threshold. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
