PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker apparatus capable of reducing costs, improving workability and surely obtaining original acoustic characteristics by facilitating and simplifying a maintenance service, and its attaching method. SOLUTION: For the speaker apparatus and its attaching method, the speaker apparatus comprises: an interior board which is provided with a back surface facing the outer board of a vehicle, a front surface facing the compartment of the vehicle and an opening passing through from the back surface side to the front surface side and functions as a first diaphragm; a base board fixed to the circumferential edge part of the opening on the back surface of the interior board; a planar fixing member arranging facing the base board on the front surface side of the interior board and detachably mounted on the base board or the interior board; and a vibration generation part clamped by the base board and the fixing member for vibrating the interior board.
