PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductance element that can be manufactured easily by adding a small configuration to an existing inductance element. SOLUTION: The inductance element 14a comprises: an inductance main part formed by winding covered conductors 17, 18 to an assembly where a toroidal magnetic core 15 is built into a ring-like insulating case 16; an insulator 22a for covering the inductance main part at least partially; and a linear conductor 23a wound around the insulator 22a.
