A 3D label and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to firmly bond PVC paste resins with each other by repeatedly performing thermal curing processes and high frequency fusing processes. A 3D label includes a primary forming material(10), a pattern unit(20), and a secondary forming material(30). A surface of the first forming material is engraved along a pattern, such that the first forming material is attached to an object or an article. The pattern unit includes a PVC(PolyVinyl Chloride) film having various colors. The PVC film is protruded along the pattern, such that the engraved portion of the first forming material is inserted into the protruded portion. The second forming material is attached to an upper surface of the pattern unit and includes an insertion groove, to which a colorful pattern of the pattern unit is inserted.
