<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out sum of product computing in molecular integration computing for speedup of molecular integration computing. <P>SOLUTION: The molecular integration computing device is provided with a plurality of sum of product computing apparatuses and a control processor controlling operation of a plurality of sum of product computing apparatuses. When computing of a plurality of first computing equations, which are computing equations represented by using a first recurrence formula established in molecular integration represented by using a predetermined function as a basis function, for finding a target molecular integration is carried out, the control processor selects first computing equations equal in number to a value of a quotient given by an expression (n-1)/3, wherein n represents the number of a plurality of register areas included in the sum of product computing apparatuses, among a group of first computing equations including the same coefficient represented by a coordinate difference between two atoms meeting two atomic orbits, and transmits data, which are necessary for computing of the selected first computing equations respectively, as serial data to one of the sum of product computing apparatuses to make it execute computing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
