PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deformation sensor system for reducing the number of electrodes, and obtaining an accurate pressure distribution. SOLUTION: A deformation sensor 12 comprises an elastic material having the electric resistivity monotonically increased in accordance with an increase in the quantity of each elastic deformation when all types of the elastic deformations occur. An electric resistivity change rate calculating section 25 calculates the quantityδρ(x, y) of a change in the electric resistivity of the deformation sensor 12 meeting a condition of a formula (2) in a figure and minimizing an estimation function J of a formula (1) based on a voltage detected by a detecting section 22 by using a technology based on an inverse problem analysis such as a EIT. An external force location calculating section 26 calculates a location for receiving an external force on a pressure receiving plane 12a based on the calculated quantityδρ(x, y) of the change in the electric resistivity.
