PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectivly give an alarm by an apartment master unit at a warning place having a security error detected by a sensor connected to the apartment master unit. SOLUTION: Alarm data different by predetermined block which specifies a warning place having a security error detected by a sensor 4 connected to apartment master units 2a and 2b is set in association with apartment IDs set by ID setting parts 209 of the apartment master units and security error detected by the sensor, and the alarm data is stored as additional data or initial data in an alarm data storage part 211a and/or a voice data storage part 211b under the control of a controller CPU 310 of a controller 3. Further, alarm data specified under the control of the controller CPU is read out of the alarm data storage part and/or voice data storage part under the control of a master unit CPU, and output from an alarming part.
