PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a reduction in power consumption without degrading the SNR during an AD conversion. SOLUTION: In a delta sigma modulator including a plurality of integration circuits 110, 111 connected in cascade, each as a component thereof, a plurality of power source terminals 701, 702 for supplying different power source voltages VDD<SB>1</SB>, VDD<SB>2</SB>to the plurality of integration circuits110, 111 are provided. The higher power source voltage VDD<SB>1</SB>is supplied to the former-stage integration circuit 110 having a SNR which is largely affected by the magnitude of the power source voltage. The lower power source voltage VDD<SB>2</SB>is supplied to the latter-stage integration circuit 111 having a SNR which is not largely affected by the magnitude of the power source voltage.
