A method for generating at the room temperature is provided to induce liquefaction by using gas whose temperature falls after operation of a turbine for condensing the gas. A method for generating at the room temperature comprises a step for putting the low temperature boiling media liquefying into a boiler in the room temperature; a step for operating a turbine with the gas emitted to the boiler; a step for surrounding a condenser before the gas in which temperature drastically falls is condensed; a step for putting the gas of the low temperature to the compressor through a cartridge; a step for circulating heated water with the water of the boiler outside while receiving the heat generated with the condenser; and a step for entering the waste to a compressor. |
