An anode for a secondary battery is provided to secure chemical stability and a cycle property of the secondary battery by using a film having a lithium-containing ionic polymer on a negative activating material layer. An anode(22) for a secondary battery comprises an anode current collector(22A), a negative activating material layer(22B), and a film(22C). The negative activating material layer is selected from the group consisting of a simple substance, alloy, or compounds of silicon, and a simple substance, alloy, or compounds of tin, and provided on the anode current collector. The film located on the negative activating material layer has a lithium-containing ionic polymer compound. |
