<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which prevents an uncertain signal from being output. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes: a first circuit 10 which is driven by a first power supply voltage VDDC and outputs a first output signal S1; a second circuit 30 which is driven by a second power supply voltage VDDF and receives input of the first output signal S1; a power-on signal generating circuit 20 which detects rising of the first power supply voltage VDDC and generates a first power-on signal PWRON1; and a power-on signal control circuit 30A which outputs to the second circuit a second power-on signal PWRON2 after changing its state in accordance with the first power supply voltage VDDC and a state of the first power-on signal PWRON1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
