An apparatus for reciprocating a driven body is provided to prevent generation of particles conveniently and easily when a reciprocating apparatus is operated by reciprocating the driven body. An apparatus for reciprocating a driven body includes a pair of guides(10), the driven body(20), a cylinder(30), a pair of fifth magnets(40), and a pair of sixth magnets(50). A pair of guides are fixed on a base and arranged vertically. The driven body includes a plurality of first magnets and second magnets. The cylinder includes a plurality of third magnets(60) and fourth magnets(70) generating a first magnetic field. The fifth magnet and the sixth magnet generate the first magnetic field.
