A diaphragm assembly is provided to prevent tear and deformation by thickly forming the contact surface of a diaphragm contacted to a joint member such as a bolt and a screw. A diaphragm assembly(110) comprises: a diaphragm(111) mounted on a hanging sill formed on a rim of a gas receiver of a valve apparatus; a pressure plate(121) being loaded on the upper side of the diaphragm and having a mounting hole(122) in center; and a joint member(130) joined on an insertion hole of the diaphragm and a mounting hole of the pressure plate. The diaphragm comprises: an insertion hole(112) formed in center; and a protrusion(113) formed at the lower part so that a contact part contacted to the joint member inserted into the insertion hole becomes thicker than a main body.
