PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust device of an engine capable of suppressing stress concentration without increasing the number of components, and capable of easily joining an exhaust pipe and a collecting pipe.SOLUTION: An exhaust device 69 of an engine E includes a collecting pipe 27 to which downstream ends 21a of two exhaust pipes 21 are connected. The downstream ends 21a of the exhaust pipes 21 are juxtaposed in a lateral direction W orthogonal to an axial direction C. The downstream end 21a of the exhaust pipe 21 has an insertion portion 42 inserted into an upstream end 27a of the collecting pipe 27. The upstream end 27a of the collecting pipe 27 has a cover portion 44 covering the whole circumference of the insertion portion 42. An outer peripheral surface of the insertion portion 42 of the exhaust pipe 21 and an inner peripheral surface of the cover portion 44 of the collecting pipe 27 are joined with each other for the whole circumference by a collecting pipe joining portion 46.
