The present invention relates to a spiral steel pipe and, more specifically, relates to a manufacturing method of a spiral steel pipe having excellent low-temperature toughness. The manufacturing method of the spiral steel pipe having excellent low-temperature toughness comprises: a step of preparing a hot rolled steel sheet; a step of rolling the hot rolled steel sheet to form a pipe; and a step of welding a touching part of the hot rolled steel sheet formed in a pipe shape on an inner surface thereof, welding an other touching part of the hot rolled steel sheet on an outer surface thereof.
